About me
My name is Judy. I am the founder of Human Ark and the person behind everything you find here.
Over thirty years, I have lived across seven countries and eleven cities, more than twenty-five relocations, including five full international moves involving family, children, businesses and entire households rebuilt from the ground up.That career began in productivity consulting with an American firm IMPAC, working inside organisations to identify what was slowing them down and implementing the change. It evolved into executive search and people advisory, hundreds of C-suite conversations and leadership transitions across venture-backed companies in Europe. And since 2019, through a longevity practice and a clinical background in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I added a different layer: understanding what drives decisions, what creates resistance, and what it actually takes to change course.Human Ark exists because relocation, talent and decision quality kept appearing in the same conversation. I work personally, with selected clients, on decisions that matter.
